Fulfilling my patriotic duty and privilege, I voted today... not that it matters much who I actually vote for in this state. Ok, so I really just wanted the sticker. I can't think of any other event in our country where millions of adults would proudly wear a sticker all day long.
When I graduated high school I told my local paper that I wanted to be President of the United States someday. I really believed it. But now I'm not so sure I could take the political back-biting, dishonesty, deal-cutting nonsense that goes on. Sad too because I think I'd be a great President.
I think you'd be a great president too.
