November 8, 2010My kids don't like bottles or binkies. I don't get it. Both have sucked on their fingers though - Pearl sucked her thumb and Cole seems delighted to chomp his gums on anything he can shove in his mouth. I like to tease him with his "binks" because he bites down on it while I wiggle it in his mouth, making this little squeaky noise. It's funny. But tonight he figured out how to get his thumb in his binkie. He seemed pretty proud of himself until he got frustrated that it wouldn't come off when he tried to grab another toy.
My boys wouldn't take them either and all ended up sucking their fingers. Fast forward seven years and we just took Coop to his first orthodontist appointment!
