October 29, 2010With all the chaos that ensues with 60+ kids freshly awake from their naps and way too many eager parents trying to get them to cooperate and put on Halloween costumes for the annual Daycare Halloween Parade, this is about as good of a picture as can be expected. Seriously, the decibel level in that place could break glass with screaming kids who've waited all day to get candy and screaming kids who suddenly have had enough of Halloween and just want out of there. But it's proof that I got there on time with a sick baby (pink eye and ear infection) and me running on about three hours of sleep. Shockingly, Pearl didn't want any candy and kept throwing it back at my coworkers as we crammed into the hallways of my building parading off costumes and kids. I think she must have felt a little claustrophobic, I know I was! What she did want was to find Woody the Cowboy... aka Miles... after all you can't have a Jessie the Cowgirl without him!
That parade is always a hoot!
ReplyDeleteOnce again, jealous of Miles. Although he really is cute and made a great Woody. I guess if Ben had to be replaced, he would be my first choice:)
